Project Overview
My band's most multifaceted work yet. Featuring garage-rock jams, punk runs, and melodic/ambient interludes. This record was extremely rewarding to produce, mix, and master.
Posing various challenges, it's characterized by "live off the floor" nature that every song was recorded through. So it involved dealing with limited tracks, bleed, and phase issues.
It was important to set up a comfortable and effective recording space where all musicians could perform optimally and hear each other clearly. Thanks to my prior learning experiences and resources, these challenges didn't persist. My ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and come up with solutions proved useful, making the recording process much smoother.

While this project was as monumental as the preceding LP in terms of recording and production, the established limitations of this project put forward some new demands. This really tested my ability to make do with what I had, and was very fulfilling towards the end. As a result, I find it more sensible to often establish restrictions/limitations to test my abilities. More often than not, the results can be very interesting and unique.
